Samuele has been featured by Grammy Artists Sean Paul, Damian Marley and Stephen Marley recording in Miami, Florida.

Starting on September 2010 Samuele will be lecturing for two years at the "Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts" in Kingston (Jamaica).

On Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 8:30pm Samuele will be playing an intimate duo concert with Jamaican Jazz guitar legend Maurice Gordon (www.mauricegordon.com) at Redbones Blues Cafe. For more info: www.redbonesbluescafe.com.

Samuele will be teaching from February to May as head of the Guitar Department at "Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts" in Kingston (Jamaica).

The trio Mediterranea (IJA) had the opportunity to perform for the Jamaican Embassy in "Museo Casa de Compay Segundo" with the legendary band "Buena Vista Social Club" during the Cuban Tour.

Samuele Vivian "Mediterranea Trio" featuring Alvis Reid (bass) and Jeremy Ashbourne (drums), will be opening for Erikah Badu, Babyface and Billy Ocean during the first concert of their Jamaican Tour.

In the project “Mediterranea”, the young Italian guitarist and his band guide the listener into a real journey through the most various musical cultures. A sophisticated music flavored with Mediterranean sounds, which derive from his roots, smoothly mixed with Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, Reggae, Funk and modern Jazz elements. Aiming to recreate atmospheres and dynamic as well as evocative rhythmical textures, his music does, not search a categorization into any specific style: soulful  R’n’B  and Gospel harmonies meet Flamenco and Gipsy scales in a completely unique melting pot of sounds.
